Most of our products contain up to 95% ingredients of natural origin.

Why are the fragrances not 100% natural?

The natural components of fragrances usually contain many allergenic substances such as Limonene, which is why Botanical Origin's fragrances are not 100% natural. Our products do not possess any fragrances that can cause an allergic reaction.

Why is Botanical Origin's packaging not made with 100% recycled plastic?

Due to the high demand for recycled plastic and its limited supply by plastic suppliers, we have not yet managed to make a bottle from 100% recycled plastic. However, we are hoping to make this possible in the future.

What is the PCR?

The PCR is Post Consumer Recycled Plastic: a resin made from existing containers. It is a more sustainable option to avoid using bottles that could end up being discarded.

What percentage of PCR does Botanical Origin use?

Our bottes use between 25-50% PCR. Our goal is to use bottles made with 80-100% PCR soon.

How should I use the laundry detergent?

For the best results in your wash, it is important to follow the detailed instructions on the bottle and the recommended dose:

  • Using too little detergent can lead to ineffective cleaning, and dirt or water deposits may accumulate in your washing machine.
  • Using too much detergent, in addition to not being efficient, can leave detergent residue on your clothes after rinsing.

To use the correct amount of our laundry detergent, you should consider two variables: how unclean your garments are and the hardness of water in your area.

Follow these steps:

  1. Measure the amount of detergent in the product's cap and pour into the detergent slot.
  2. Put your clothes in the washing machine.
  3. Select your wash cycle.
  4. Enjoy a clean and fresh wash.

For tougher stains, follow these steps:

  1. Pour a small amount of the product onto the stain and leave it for a few minutes.
  2. Rub the product into the garment and let it penetrate the stain.
  3. Put the garment into the washing machine.

How should I use the fabric conditioner?

Follow these steps:

  1. Shake well before using.
  2. Pour directly into the correct slot of the washing machine.
  3. Avoid mixing with other products.

How should I use the multipurpose spray?

  1. Turn the mouthpiece to the "on" position.
  2. Place the spray about 20-25cm away.
  3. Spray in the direction of the area that needs to be cleaned.
  4. Leave for 5 minutes.
  5. Clean the area with a cloth.
